94 yj sputtering

Hey guys I got a 94 yj with a 4.0 liter . This just started today . I was out ridig today and my jeep just started sputtering , I can shut the jeep off and restart it and drive for 5 or 10 miles and it will start sputtering again . I check the obvious plugs and every thing looks ok. Thinking maybe coil or fuel pump , what's your thoughts ?
 
Ok replaced the 02 sensor and welded up my cracked manifolds reset the ecu and drove it to work today . It only does it when it's long drive . Any hints guys ? Now my speedo gear isn't clocked right so it isn't turned and could the ecu not be seeing a signal and make it stumble ?
