95 Grand Cher Lopes/Starves?

I've got a 95 Gran Cher I'm working on and this is what it does: Push gas, it will rev a little then start missing like crazy. 4.0L Auto. New CPS, checked dist pickup coil (new installed, no change, reinstall old), checked MAP, TPS, fuel pressure(41psi, twitches with injectors), changed injectors for a spare set that worked when I pulled them, checked wires, new cap, rotor, wires, compression (all about same except one was 15lbs lower avg 160-165psi).. getting new radiator tomorrow so we can pressure check the cooling system. checked computer with known good out of my vehicle, same. code originally read 27 (fuel injector ckt failure/problem)

ideas? trying new CPS and dist cap tomorrow.. i'm baffled so far.

customer supposedly changed them about two weeks back... but two are different brands. CPS was new 2 months ago. replaced today, and so far so good. will check in morning again. it was intermittent-- sometimes would crank and roast tires, and then load up.. then 15 min, 1/2 hour later clear up. id rather deal with no fire/start.. but seems good now. ran for 1/2 hour without skipping.. i'll see tomorrow.
 
those model jeeps sometimes need to relearn themselfs if the computer or battery is disconnected and they will run like crap and be hard to start untill they relearn themselfs.
