My 95 5.7 4x4 5 speed Silverado will not start after sitting over night , scanned it and got codes 15 and 22 I replaced tps (22) didn't help so I replaced 15 (coolant circuit open sensor) and the guy told me to clean the carb. So I sprayed some carb cleaner in it and it started and idled fine. Then driving down the road it acts like the carb cleaner isn't ran through yet, (kinda acts like it looses power and almost falls on its face)

If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it so much. I'm new to this page so I may have posted in wrong place.

Can't help on the codes, ect., but in checking my map sensor, while back, I sprayed it [was clean before], & sprayed the throttle body. Soaked the intake Pretty good! When I cranked it up, smoked aweful till it burned out, but it ran fine. No problems.

Isn't that a cpi engine? Think I'd start with fuel pressure and make sure its not showing abnormal fuel trims.

x2 on the fuel pressure-for a tbi motor you should have 12-15 psi. I've seen a couple with good fuel pumps, but the rubber fuel line in the tank next to the pump had rotted & split out, giving it some fuel pressure, but not enough to supply it for a load a little over idle(isn't ethanol wonderful?)

I soaked in carb cleaner and mine smoked when starting up also, except the guy at the parts store told me it hasn't burnt through it and its been about a week. He also told me my o2 sensor is burnt up because of spraying carb cleaner

So now my problem is when hitting the gas. It falls on its face. Any help?

Whats the fuel pressure? Whats the oxygen sensor voltage and fuel trims look like while the problem is occuring? That should get you a idea of whats going on.
