Ok guys gonna post a video of my 95 tracker that I just got. Has a light hesitation at low speed, but clears up after about 1/2 way thru first gear. Guy I got it from said it may be an injector, but this blue thing is where the ticking seems to be coming from. Runs fine otherwise.

That blue thing is a solenoid and should click when turned on/off. Other than that I'm not sure what it's function is or if it's even related to your problem.

Check the codes.. may be a way to read with a paper clip.. check throttle position, map or maf and fuel pressure. Also check for cracked/broken vacuum lines.
