96 7.3 won't start

I have a 96 7.3 well it won't start . Had new fuel pump glow plugs was running fine but now won't start any ideas

CPS is a common failure. Its cheap and easy to swap. I can speak from experience, just get one from your local Ford dealer.

IPR could have gone bad. Pretty simple fix. Injection pressure sensor could also cause it.

How good are your batteries?

does it blow white smoke while trying to start?
does it start if you plug it in for an hour or so?

Check the ipr retaining nut. Pulled a motor out of one Friday and the ipr was laying in the valley. Seriously though, without data and some more information everyone is limited to guessing.

No smoke and video public now and it been plugged in

Almost sounds like you can hear an injector "click" directly before it trys to fire. That could indicate IDM issues or uvch issues. The other thing I'd check I need situations similar is fuel pressure. The engines are extremely "clacky" when low on fuel pressure. If fuel pressure is low check suction side of the tank, very common to see restrictions inside the tank. All still guesses. Need a scan tool on it!
