96 Tacoma speedometer tech

In a nutshell, I lifted my truck, installed larger tires, and changed the gear ratios. My speedometer is off now by about ten MPH, reading fast. I can't seem to find anything to correct it. It uses a cable, so no digital corrections can be made. Any one have any recommendations?

Truck was stock with 31x10.5x15" tires and 4.10's.
Now it's sitting on 285/70/17's and 4.88's.
