Long story....here we go....
Had my exhaust done at TNT in Reidsville about a month ago. They replaced everything from the downpipe back. Heard nothing about the 02 sensors being bad. Paid them and went on my way...everything felt and sounded great. About 1 week later I am driving around and all of a sudden my jeep acts like its starving for fuel and I am pressing the gas and its trying to keep up with itself for a couple of seconds and then it catches up with itself and everything is fine.... A couple days after that, I am pulling out of my neighborhood and it does it again and the CEL comes on....have the codes scanned and it shows that both 02 sensors are showing low voltage....Take it up to a guy I know at Firestone and have him check it out and he said that the upstream 02 is not far enough in the pipe, that the bung that TNT used is too thick, So I have the guy at Meineke weld me in a new slimmer bung...get it back and it feels fine...Also forgot to add that I checked the fuse for the Heater circuit for the 02 under the hood and it was blown the day before I took it to have the new bung welded in. So another week goes by and the jeep feels fine, no hesitation or stumble. Well Sunday night, I was leaving downtown greensboro and before I even start my jeep, the CEL comes...I scanned it and it came up P0137 (02 sensor circuit low voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2), I cleared it and started to drive...it was stumbling bad and finally it caught it self and was fine untill I got home. Drove it yesterday morning and did the same thing....took it back up to firestone (because its literally on the same street as my work) and got the rear 02 sensor replaced. Old rear sensor was all chewed up around the wires. picked it up and drove it home, still stumbled once...So last night I cleaned the IAC, cleaned the TB, checked the fuse for the heater circuit and it was blown again!, so I replaced it this time with a 20 amp fuse instead of a 15. I drove it this morning and it didn't stumble, although it still feels a bit sluggish....I also unhooked the battery when I did all that stuff last night to reset everything.
Any ideas?
