I have a sas swap done on my tacoma and at 30mph I have a wobble can someone tell me what that is and how to fix it thanks

You'll need to be more specific and describe what you've done and the parts you used, specifically what axle.

When I did my SAS I had a bad wobble that ended up being a bad trunnion bearing.

It's an 83 axle I don't know anything ab it I bought it like it is

id start out by checking all your ball joints tie rod ends.

Could be a number of things. Check all your spring and shackle bushings, along with tie rod ends, wheel bearing. Possible for the trunion bearings to be worn out if it's a toy axle. Post a pic of your set up. Judging by your post though I think you'd be better off taking it to a reputable 4wd shop and having them work on it.

How do you have an 83 front axle on a Taco? Those axles are pass side drop and tacos are driver side drop.

V6 adapter will allow you to run a gear driven older case.

True. Didnt think of that. Most Tacos run a waggy D44 though.

Yeah it varies alt of the older sas used toy axle from what I can tell, then the waggy 44 became alot more popular. Really neither of them should be used, D60 or go home. One big thing about the toy axle is it's stupid narrow for the Tacoma's.

Should the shackles be super tight or loose and I just replaced the wheel bearings
