So I know that the OBD2 code: 21 is for O2 sensor. My question is, will a scanner be able to tell me which O2 sensor it is?

It should say bank 1 or bank 2, or primary or secondary, depending on engine type and how many sensors, etc.
If you have two primary O2 sensors at the engine (V8 or split header inline 6 or whatever) you should replace them both at the same time so both sets of cylinders match with O2 feedback as best they can.

All major parts houses read them for free and would be happy to sell an ox sensor
