My daily 98 Corolla probably burns a quart of oil between fill ups. Internet says pretty common for these engines to have significant carbon buildup and stuck oil rings, and that a piston soak with some Berryman B12 Chemtool is the miracle cure. Should I just buy a case of oil and top it off with every tank, or is it worth a shot to see if its stuck rings?
