Anything special I should know before changing it? I already have the trans out so I'm assuming just pull the torque converter out and change seal. Easy breezy lemon peezy?

Use a seal driver, pipe or socket. Don't warp it on installation. Hook type seal puller or paint can opener will pull it out. But yeah, easy.
