I would bypass at the starter relay if you have a relay test plug. You can verify a bad nss by checking for ground at the starter relay. But no dash lights sounds asd related. Check you injector b+ with the key on if its below 12v head towards asdyou can also bypass the nss to check. theres a plug at back of engine that hooks to it from the wiring harness. not sure which ones to jump on plug but i remember seeing some threads on it a while back.
