'98 ZJ Asking Price

I'm going to sell my ZJ but would like some input into the asking price for it.
My mom bought it brand new in '98 and I have been driving it on and off for the past 8 years.
It was/is used how a SUV is supposed to be used.
As of today (04/23/2010) it has 151879 on the odo.
I will be putting a new radiator and plugs in it probably next week.
Tailgate leaks when it rains from the passenger side.
Just replaced the water pump a few weeks ago.
Still drives fine, transmission is acting like you would imagine a 12 year old Jeep auto to act...
I'm going to be cleaning it up shortly too.

I just paid 3900 for a '98 with 109k and pretty much perfect body and interior condition...so your's would be a lot less..

I traded my 95 zj with the 5.2 in yesterday and got $1200 from the dealer... 160k on it with a few issues...
