99 Ram 1500 4X4 Axle Questions

These probably been asked before, but I can't find it.

1. What axles are on this truck?

2. Are locker(s) are needed for mudding and if so, which locker(s)?

Is it your dd an lockers would be good but not a " must " unless you do it like trucks gone wild.
