99 TJ Right Front Brake Caliper Frozen Up

The Brake caliper seems to be stuck, while driving the jeep I started pulling really bad to the right. Then when I stopped it was so hot the rotor was smoking, I had this happen to me on my last tj on the same side. Is this common? I dont want to warp my rotors. Does anyone know a fix to this problem.

same thing happend to me... so i replaced both front calipers to prevent the other sided from lockin up on me somewhere in the boonies. I had dirt and mud caked in there which did all the magic in there.
