To start with, punctuation would help a whole lot. Then trying to form complete sentences using said punctuation. After that work on spelling and grammar.

when I read it I feel like a 3rd grader on acid. seriously, if your guidance counseler were to judge your IQ based on this post they would probably advise you to apply for a job that involved shoveling something with no one around that could potentially get hurt.

honestly, if you talk like you write, I can only assume you are posting from the state mental hospital.

Well, You edited it some.

How about this( at least what I think you are trying to convey)

I have an 85 Dodge 150. It has a 4in lift, and 35 in tires. It also has a 318ci with a 2bbl carb that needs help. Has a rusted floor with holes(floor rot). It runs great, and drives fine. It is rusty looking. Book(which) says it's worth $1800.
It needs drive shaft work. U-joints about 2 months(sorry not sure what that's supposed to mean) Please help me in what I should ask for it, I don't need a money pit.

You don't say if it's 4wd, manual or automatic tranny. Mileage would help too. Also, interior condition other than the floor. What kinda tires are on it, and, how much tread. Pictures are worth a lot when you need this kinda info.
Re-read what you write and write it like you would say it if talking on the phone to someone or in person.

But by going from what you have described. I am thinking $500-$800 is what you can get out of it.

If thats the case, I agree with Chip. I recently bought an 83 truck with a 4 in lift on 35s for 700. Ran decent, minor rust.
