A/C shop and Diesel Mechanic in the Wilmington area???

Got a couple maint issues I would like to get taken care of on my 97 Ram CTD.

1) Can someone reccomend a reputable A/C shop in the Wilmington area? System doesn't seem to be leaking, compressor is kicking on and off and building pressure (line gets cold) but no cold air coming out in the cab.

2) Diesel Mechanic- Id like to get the valves adjusted and my Timing checked/advanced on my 97 12v. Anyone in this area that would know what they are doing? Most people I talk to, if they know anything about timing and cummins at all, they claim the timing should only be set to stock specs.

I've referred any customers down that way up to tre for years now and never heard anyone say they had issues. If not you can take a trip to the mountains and we can help you lol

Looks like they are in Norfolk, that's a little far from me 3+ hours. If I'm gonna travel I would head back towards Raleigh. Anything Closer to Wilmington???
