The neighborhood holds a huge halloween party every year, so this time my wife and I, along with another couple decided to go as a GI JOE clan.

I was Snake Eyes, my wife was Scarlet, my buddy was Storm Shadow and his wife was Baroness.

The party was a blast and my buddy and I stole the show.... only negative of the whole night was that no one had a video camera to film the ninja dance off between Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. It would have gone viral no doubt. We cleared the dance floor (roughly 40 people or so dancing) and had a dance off to MJ's Bad.

On to the pics:

Here we are ready for battle! Don't mess with JOE on the patio!!

Snake Eyes to Scarlet "Is that a mirror in your pants? Because I can sure see myself in them!"

Scarlet to Snake Eyes: " Did they teach you that line in Ninja school. lol. lol."

Baroness to Storm Shadow "Wait, if both of your swords are out here, then what is that poking me....."

Storm Shadow "Yes, that is my COBRA Coozie. What?"

Scarlet to Snake Eyes "I swear if you high-five Storm Shadow one more time because of how cool you think you look, I will put this bolt right through your $18 mask"

thats really cool. especially since i just saw that movie the other day. are those home made costumes? cause i think thats a tree safety harness your wearing! i never would have thought of that one, nice work. but what is that on your wrist?

Wow! Good eye!

That is the harness that came with my Gorilla Tree Stand. Crazy thing is, it looks identical to the movie characters setup.

Three of the four costumes were home made. Mine, my wife's, and Storm Shadow's. Baroness was a kit. I ordered a Snake Eyes mask online, everything else was pieced together. The wrist "computer" was actually a black ankle bracelet from a costume shop. I just painted it silver.
