I think I have an AI property manager on one of my medical properties. FTR, this company historically has never had strong management. When they first took over they said all vendors were on the chopping block and after my first discussions with manager of the moment, I was retained and then depended upon for my knowledge and guidance of the property and also asked to take on their other properties in town. Fast forward to recent ice/snow events the regular manager is flighty to deal with and a new contact has been added. She is on point but deflects to the flighty manager when I question who is my point of contact AND starts to glorify me for my past work (which she should) lol
Is AI managers a "thing"?
