A pretty basic atlas question

Does an atlas give you rwd low/high and fwd low/high without allowing you to mix them? (rear low and front high)

There are detents in the shift rail stopping you from mixing ratios, front low / rear high.

it would be nice if you could. i broke at unf once as far away from my trailer as possible. had no rear wheel drive, and had to drive in front wheel drive low. it sucked.

You know, if you took out the rear DS you'd have fwd high.

i could have done that...i chose to drive really slow instead. plus we both know the bitch that is the driveshaft flange bolts.
