Mudroom... small, roughly 9' x 10', base floor is tongue & groove pine, presently covered with vinyl tile... some cracked and pieces breaking out. We have laminate flooring in other rooms, and we like it. Wondering how the laminate would work out in the mudroom. We do come in with wet feet pending weather conditions, but also keep a rug to dry feet on. We have never had a issue in the kitchen and it has definitely suffered more than one spill. Will laminate be OK for the mudroom or do we need to look at something else? All advice appreciated! ThanX in advance!

I installed a Pergo floor about 2 years ago... with my muddy boots, 2 pitbulls, and a hound dog. I've been really happy with how it holds up and there's been pretty much everything spilled on it that could be spilled on it.
