Looking at selling the wife's 87 Samurai, pretty clean overall. Has a 16v 1.6 swap, been sitting a bit and has a intermittent high end miss now. 3" springs, new 31s. Any ideas on the market and what we should ask?

Iā€™ll start the bid at 1 US dollar

Pics with condition, miles on body and miles on motor will help a lot

Given the age & not an overly desirable vehicle, probably worth about $400 tops. But just to be safe, I can bring $500 šŸ˜Ž

Honestly, the Samurai market is all over the place. I've seen $2500 - $5500 as the average for relatively clean, unmolested vehicles. While trail ready rigs, super clean imports, & tintops have much higher price points.

Not sure on price, but Im interested lol. Along what Jen was saying the prices are all over the place. Jeeps tend to hover around a certain price on years but samurai not so much. Some are dirt cheap and some are way overpriced. I remember when you could pick them things up for 4-500 all day long!

$525

$530!

575 and a 12 pack. Final offer.

Seent a tin top a while back on marketplace priced at $12k. It was lifted with an engine swap. Pricing is all over the place.

Yeah that's insane. I've been told by a couple samie guys to ask 5k. I don't know about that even.

Here the interior and engine bay. Vinyl is peeling off the interior panels but other then that (and the tools from building the shop) its pretty clean
