So I guess Aaron Lewis is gonna take a shot at Country.I like it,I also like the Cameos in the video

In July 2010, Lewis finished recording a country music EP entitled Town Line that is slated to be released February 2011 on Stroudavarious Records. It will feature 5 tracks including the first single "Country Boy" featuring George Jones, Charlie Daniels, and Chris Young, as well as the songs "Massachusetts," "Vicious Circles," and a re-recording of "Tangled Up in You" originally from The Illusion of Progress.[2]
 
Heard this the other day, its not much of a song to me though, mostly just him talking. I hope he gets better.

seen him on the hunting shows. seems legit as far as totin guns and bows.
 
He's a good singer/songwriter and musician in general, just not sure he's country. Of course, I don't like where country is anyway, I like singer songwriter's that fit in nowhere, when you can feel they lived what they wrote, or they at least have some feeling in it. To hell with sellouts like kenny chesney and the nutswingers riding his coattails.

I think aaron lewis will do great, i'll buy his albums, that song is awesome if you follow it and aren't just looking for a "cool" song.

Lots of "country" radio fans! Country music has gone to shit. Its all pop, even if you can't admit it. Country sells LOADS of records. Look at Kid Rock, Darius Rucker, Aaron Lewis, Gwyneth Paltrow, I could go on forever, "Lets do some country and sell lotsa records". IT ALL SUCKS!
Good country music comes out of Texas these days, NOT nashville. Can't figure out if George & Alan sang it best or Hank III ....You decide:D

Country has gone to rags...but still brings in all the loot..Cant blame Aaron for getting his..Ill pick up his album..Dude can sing a lyric and isnt to shabby on a 6string.

I like some of his stuff with Staind, and I'm sure he can play Country music just fine but gaaah i'm so tired of all these corny throwaway "I'm so country, this is how country I am: trucks, tractors, guns, deer, patriotism, the troops, blah blah" songs.

I mean, it's momma, trains, trucks, prison, and gettin drunk.. or stfu.
