ABS plastic bumper repair

Any recommendations for what compound to buy that will bond a good size split in a front bumper cover? Will a heat gun (not hair dryer) reshape a deformed bumper? Hit an animal and bumper has several splits and a deformation.

I presume only a paint supply shop will have the proper adhesive to bond an ABS bumper cover and I suspect it will be a 2-part urethane or polyurethane material/
