Unplug blower connector and check for power with key on and blower turned on. Then check the ground circuit by connecting the test light to the battery and probing the ground circuit.
This will tell you which end of the circuit is no beuno.
If both test good, the blower is no good.
If no power is present, the culprit will likely be in the fan switch or the power distribution side (fuses).
If the ground side is no good, the blower resistor is likely bad.

Blower resistor isn't used on high. If it works on high, but not on some or all other speeds, it's the resistor.

if it works on other speeds and not high, would it be the switch?

ok had some time to work on blower and can not figure it out. power going into blower ,power into fuses and relays
what can it be new blower like 6 months ago

Ground?

One wire supplies power. You will see power through the motor if the resistor or switch opened circuit. Resistor should be in/on the air box.

where is this resistor ?

Open the glove box, you will see the resistor mounted via 2 hex head screws into the heater box. It is located about half way up the box, just behind the lower part of the dash frame (pass side). Right below the area where the glove box "hinges"

Also if the connector/switch is melted, replace the blower motor, it's pulling too much power. In my experiences.
just replaced it when i got TJ trying to figure out only on high and defrost issue . then entire thing stopped, Then had wreck busted ac stuff up so just need it for heater anyways

If you have power going through the motor and you have ground, you need a motor. Just cause it's relatively new means nothing. Turn it on and smack the motor housing with a mallet, see if she starts rolling.

That or go back and double check that when the switch is on that you have voltage drop across the motor. If you don't, you have a broken wire somewhere. Continuity test it out. I wonder if it's got a blower relay? I can look at the diagrams later.

Ok: ground is" on right rear of dash", runs to the switch. If you don't have ground at the switch at the black wire, tie the black wire to ground and it should work, barring no other failures. If you have power at the fan, the relay works. Here's to helping.
