Access problem?

Not sure how to propperly say this but, this is what is happening...

Every now and again, when I type in the url for here into the address bar, after hitting enter, I get a "Can Not Display" message. I click refresh, and it brings me right to the board. It happens maybe 2 out of 5 times.

I stay logged in, but I have to refresh to get here.

Is it my comp or is there a system bug?

Oh yeah... it only happens when I open a new window and come to the site. If I have already been to the site in that window, it does not do it.

Am I making sense?
