Added a little tube to the front....

Added a little tube to the front end and was wondering what yall thought. The 2 bars that go to the stinger are tied into the cage and go through the firewall. Got to give a little credit to a buddy that had does his dad cruiser somewhat like this for the main idea but we took it a made it atleast a little different. :D

looks good, i added a radiator hoop and stinger to my cj and was looking for ideas on how to tie it all together. i like the lines of yours.

what kind of tubing do you guys use for that. i'm gonna make a tube bumper for my ranger and put a winch in there. but i don't know what kind of tubing to use. any ideas on how much the tubing is?

There's ALOT more to making a winch-capable bumper than what kind of tubing to use.. You might want to start a thread in Newbie tech about all this... ;)
 
We usualy use 1.75" HREW and can get it from $1.70-$2.05 a foot depending on how much you get and who you get it from. From the bigger providers you have to order atleast 200 ft. of tube to be worth their time. We havent had any problems with HREW and personaly DOM is just too expensive right now to even consider.

Yea, the dent was were I rolled it and the tree caught me on the passenger side from going down the mountain. I wish I could scan the pics I have of it but it was basically passenger side tire picked up and I couldnt back out of it in time...the pass. side came over and caught me on my roof. I had a total of 30 miles on her and it was the first trail. :D I guess I had to get it over with right? Rolled it back over and wheeled the rest of the day.
