Adjustable control arms, how do I know how long they need to be?

I have a set of upper and lower adjustable control arms. I'm PRETTY CERTAIN they are these control arms.

No decals or any markings, but look exactly like these in the pictures. I can't find a chart or recommendations for length to make them/adjust them to for lift size. Show do I know.

I have a OME 2" lift on a 06LJ, if that helps.

Start with stock upper length and set your lowers about 3/8 longer than stock. Should get you pretty close. Put An angle finder on the lower balljoint after installation and check to see what your caster is. Shoot for around 6 degrees. If less is needed lengthen the uppers. If more is needed lengthen the lowers. This should get you good on the front for a 2 inch lift.
For the rear i would set them to the same length as what you have now and adjust the uppers to change pinion angle as need.

Of course the measurements will change if you are trying to strech the wheelbase some. Just base all your measurements off of what you have now and adjust evenly the amount you want to try to stretch it. Then adjust pinion and caster angles as needed
