AGR Box resealing?

My 12 year old AGR box has starting leaking from the top cover and seeping where the shaft comes into the box.
Does anyone have experience resealing with good/bad results or...?

Do you use stock replacement seals or a kit from AGR or PSC?

no. Dont do many box rebuilds. Probably just stock seals and gaskets, which are available from NAPA, etc
