air car here?

It still requires electricity to charge the air tanks it uses... the questions is how much electricity does it use (burning of coal and other natrual resources to make that electricity it needs) to recharge the air tanks... plugged in for 4 hours just to get 125 miles is a bit drastic I think...

If they really want to sell these alternative fuel vehicles, why do they make them so ugly?

Not a bad idea though, if we ever get all our power plants to go nucular.

Yes, but as a DD cummting to work, it just sucks....

Unless I work at the Duke Power Dam on Belews Creek Lake, and I live there!!!

But I don't... so your right... trying to get the wind to blow the boat down I40 to get to work would suck... and just think of all the trash folks would through at me...

At least the air car would give me a ride to the bar.... and it gives me 4 hours to wait and drink  and then drive ho...erm... get a cab home!!!

One thing I wonder about.... I assume in order to get enough power/preuure to operate for awhile, it must have an air tank under super-high presure.
I wonder if that is a safety concern, especially embodied in glued together fiberglass.
