Air compressor help

I'm working on fixing an old air compressor back up. The air tank and air head are in good shape but didn't have a motor. I can't figure out what rpm range the air head needs to operate at. It has a 14" diameter pulley and only tag on it i took a picture of.

A lot of the big old quiet compressors run around 750 rpm. You could get a VFD and a 3phase motor so you have some wiggle room

Guess that's where I'll start for rpm range and see how it does. A 3.05" pulley puts me at 785 rpm
