Airbag deployment while crawling

Has anyone had experience with their airbag deploying while crawling? I have a 2005 TJ Rubicon and had mine go off this past weekend. We were on Rock Creek trail at Rausch Creek, the front end lifted and slammed down hard, then BAM! It wasn't a front end hit, the force was in a mostly vertical plane. I was going maybe 2 mph, if that fast. It was a hard hit but I definitely didn't need the airbags for protection. There seems to be some rumors going around that they aren't supposed to deploy under a certain speed, in 4low, etc...I'm just wondering if I should contact Chrysler to see if they were faulty.

Yeah, my hands were shaking for about 15 minutes so it definitely startled me. I got a small burn/irritation on my left hand, but other than that no side effects.

This has happened on a club ride in an XJ with an aftermarket front bumper and similar to how you explain yours went off.

This is dangerous off road and enough so that ECORS requires them to be disabled or removed when racing

That tube that looks like a brake line is actually the passenger front brakeline. I believe the airbags are inertia activated.
