anyone using them ?

I've had a Matco MT1758th ( IR244 ) for about 22yrs, used not quite daily, but the last 8yrs have been heavy use on forklift wheels and such, the anvil is pretty much worn to a nub ( will not keep a socket, nor can you replace the retaining ring) It's time to retire it I think. been a great gun, but its heavy as hell ( 6.5lbs !! ) This was the first "high dollar" ( $250 in 1992 ) tool from a tool truck I ever bought, and I've taken pretty good care of it ( still has the original green vinyl boot on it, but the nose rubber is LONG gone ) been looking to replace

I've got an IR2115ti 3/8" gun, love it, just not liking the 2135ti 1/2" gun
I also have an IR2132g , I've never liked the "feel" of it, seems to kick back a bit, could be the lighter weight not having the the damping reaction of the heavier gun (IR244)

I've used an Aircat at a friends shop, was rather impressed with it.

SO, who's got what ? whats your experience with...... ?

Don't you have a 2135? Mine is swell.

I have the TH1300 and I like it! Not as stout as the 2135ti but not too far off either and its super quiet I have had mine for 3 years with no problems and the retaining ring is still in good shape and still holds a socket. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another! Hope it helps!

mg725. Air cats claim to be torquey but I wasn't too impressed using 3/8s air line.
