All weather seat cushioning and material

I'm adding a jump seat to the bed of my truck. I've already fab'd up a tube frame and cut a plywood backing. Anybody have any recommendations and sources for some all weather padding/cushion and covering material?

Find a wholesale foam dealer for the padding and some 600-1000 denier nylon fabric should work if your DYin it. You can order all this stuff and more online if theres nothing available nearby. Or you could try boat seat materials.
