Aluminum Radiator

Never heard of them Don, but interested. Doubt, for the price, they do the job like "Be Cool", or like. I think I paid more than your quoted price, for a Copper rad. I didn't look for "reviews", have you?

Let me know how it goes, they list a drop in replacement for my F-85.....the one I bought elsewhere, not so much.

I bought a 100% aluminum replacement radiator for my 85 Bronco from some place on the internet that had a local supply place around here. I don't remember the name of the place. It was warped about 3/4" out of plane! It was so bad it wouldn't mount up. I returned it and bought the top of the line high capacity model from Autozone I think it was that had plastic tanks with an aluminum core just like the factory one. It worked great and mounted right up.

As I'm not building what I would call a high performance vehicle, My original intention was to get an Autozone radiator, but according to my parts man they are single core. He could not find anything else for me. Thus, I went with the two-core aluminum job.

i got the radiator in the mail today and im very impressed it looks awesome and looks to be very well built. now just waitin for the fan controller to get here

^^^ Thanks for the reminder...

Fedex brought mine on Friday. I wasn't home, but my wife checked the box that it didn't look like a train had run over it, and accepted delivery. Two of the little fittings that connect to the auto-trans lines were damaged, but other than that it is fine. I won't use those ports anyway. The quality is not comparable to some of the $500 radiators I've seen, but nonetheless it looks to be just fine. As I stated in post #4... time will tell.

May give them a try myself when I get to that point in my build

UPDATE

the radiator is installed and working awesome. got the taurus fan hooked up to it for now but modifying the tbird fan to fit as it actually covers the whole radiator. a+ on quality of product
