I bought a rail system for my chainsaw mill. I really love it. Except that it’s made up of 3’ rails. I’d really like to find this tube and have a solid 5’ or 10’ section. I’ve been googling Aluminum tube and extruded aluminum tube and can’t find it. Anyone know what this is? Is it tube that is milled with this groove? The cross bars are the same tube with holes drilled and tapped.

can you use a different extruded strut and perform the same functions? Mc Master Carr has a selection of various stuff you can stare at online.

I would assume so if the dimensions are the same. I was hoping to find this tube in longer lengths. I'll look at Mc Master carr.

Closest I could find so far is this: McMaster-Carr
I measured and they are different. The tube I posted is 1 1/8" square. The slot takes a carriage bolt that slides so that the cross bars can sit anywhere.
