I have a NT AMC 20 with 4.10's, one piece axles and ARB. Been running fine since I installed it late last summer. Past few weeks has been blowing a small amount of gear oil out of the breather hose, enough to be noticeable and leave stain on driveway. I checked oil level and it was dead on, so not enough to show a difference in oil level yet. What could cause this?

It was probably overfull before when it started blowing out the breather. Too much oil creates excess pressure, thereby pushing oil out the breather. If the breather was clogged, it would blow through a seal.

I've been running it for 6 months without any leaks, I didn't add any oil, it just started a week or two ago, if it was over full, wouldn't it have done it from the beginning?

That makes sense, I'll take the hose off and make sure its clear and vent works, then try again
