AMC was, at times, ahead of the time. I wanted one of those when I was in HS.
 
That was actually our first new car back in 1981. A 2 door Eagle. Pretty cool to say the least!

If he decides to sell, I already have first dibs! It is a really solid car, not a bit of rust that i have seen on the body so far, but the salt did a number on the chassis/suspension......


Anyone know of anywhere I can source parts for these things?

I havent seen one on the street since I was a kid. my stepdad had one for about a year. I thought it was cool and tough lookin, but it smelled like stale cheese. these cars have full frames dont they?
 
I would love to find a nice SX/4 (2 door eagle), as well as a '70 Javelin.
