Amsoil in a tow rig

For those of you that use Amsoil, anyone use it in your tow rig? I am going to put it in my V10 gasser. Just trying to figure out how often I should change it. Per Amsoil's website, I should change it every 15k or one year. 15k just seems like a long time on an oil change. What do you guys do?

How Long On Oil Change???

This is where one size does"nt fit. Depends on driving style & filteration, mostly. Little old Ladies, ruin their motors & exhaust, driving around the block! Long trips evaporate the condisation & some polution, that contaminates the oil. Will you be useing Amsoils filter? Or better yet= Double filter. If you have samples of your oil tested, on a regular basis, the lab can let you know when to change oil, & catch any internal problems

run it and have a sample tested at 5k and that will give you an idea of how many miles you can get out of it. also do a sample at every oil change it can save you lots of $$$$$$ in unexpected repairs.
