Been a long process gathering parts but not many parts left to gather. Will update eventually once I get started. As for now here’s what I got to build my 1986 extended cab.

Plan is:
60/14b 5.38 w/ Spartan and a Detroit
37x12.50r17 Toyo MT
Dual cases both w/ 2.28 & Marlin twin sticks
May flat bed it depending on how long the bed holds up :D
Rest of the random parts come from WFO, Sky Manufacturing, and ECGS.

Nice boner bar :flipoff2:
Take it over to @hurt4x4 and let him get it to a roller for ya. Then you can do the other stuff.

Coming together. May have to drop down to 35s....

Just curious, why didn't you go with the bud built with some drivetrain lift in it. I'm running his cross member with 1.5" lift built in, and it's not far from being flat belly. I wished I'd went with the 3" lift cross member.

No reason, just didn’t bother with doing it. Steering and front shocks done for the most part.

Should have plated the frame before having those shock hoops welded on. Would strengthen it up a bit and look much cleaner...but I guess driving on the pavement won't tear it up too bad :D

whatcha got planned for bump stops? Drag link looks like it may get up into your frame like it did on mine. You can ream out your high steer arm a little more to get it to sit lower.

Well she’s road and trail ready minus a front driveshaft!
