Ok i thought i fixed it, got better for a bit. I have a 01 TJ with 4" lift, 33x12.50x15 tires. I know the tires are balanced, new steering stabilizer. When i hit 45-50mph shakes like hell. Any other ideas? New track bar? The bushings look worn out.

When it happened to me at 45mph, the track bar bracket was cracked where it was welded to the axle. I didn't find the cracked weld until I cleaned it up real good. Replace the track bar bushings if you find no cracks or broken welds or mounts.

I got money on a track bar. Ironman4x4fab has a track bar with Johnny joints that will outlast any bushing.

track bar is a common cause. Also check the TB holes on the axle end, they can get egg-shaped. My first go-around with DW's went away when I swapped LCA's, I guess the bushings were shot. I couldn't find anything loose, just kept throwing parts at it.
I'm in the midst of another DW fight, only thing I can find is a little play in the steering box output shaft.

ok, thanks guys, guess i'll try the track bar and bushings. What do u think about the poly bushings?

Did you get it figured out? Let me know if you need some help, I'll be around on Saturday.

ok thanks buddy, i doubt i get to mess with it, i have 2 family things this afternoon

got a question on ordering new bushings for track bar. i see they have either a 10mm bolt or a 1/2" bolt?

ok, worked on jeep today, i need to buy another track bar, one i got isn't right. But i was able to "rig" up the old one and it works great, totally fixed the problem!
