Since everything is stupid expensive, and everyone is booked, and we have chewed up most of the money we had to do this; I did the grading around the house. I am not a professional, and the only equipment I have is Gertie, my 90 Ford 1720 with a front end loader and a box blade, Steph with a shovel, and Heath with a wheelbarrow I think we did pretty good. My back and neck are wrecked now.

You did good, now get some straw around that foundation so it doesnt stain it!
No joke. Clay stains in mortar are about as easily removed as a lifetime politician.
 
Looks good. Had a 84 1710 with hydro top and bottom link and a loader for 10 years. That mfer put in work and the only thing it wanted was an alternator, tires and a clutch. I put like 1400 hours on it. Regret selling it every day
