well, i never thought i'd do this, but i'm seriously considering selling my jeep..... i work out of town most of the time, and have a 1 year old, and haven't wheeled it in 3 years (granted it's been out of commission for the motor swap and axle swap half that) i know what i NEED for it (took out a personal loan a little while back and it's collateral), and i know its only worth what somebody will pay for it..... but i was wondering..... what do ya'll think i could realistically get for it???
specs:
95 YJ
hard top and doors
drivetrain:
chevy 350 with 30,000 miles best guess
carb'd
newish aluminum radiator
electric fan
hedman shorty headers into a flowmaster muffler
700R4 transmission that works great
B&M quiksilver shifter
NP231j with chevy chain and 4-lo planetaries (bigger stuff)
JB conversions SYE
Olivers custom drivelines rear driveshaft (beefy!!)
axles:
78 F250 HP dana 60 front
new u-joints, seals, and wheel bearings
new milemarker locking hubs
ballistic fab hi-steer arms on both sides
new calipers and pads
78 F250 60 rear
new disc brakes from Gubni on here (great kit by the way!!)
M.O.R.E. traction bar
both axles are open with 3.54 gears, i was gonna have them geared after i finished the axle swap....
suspension:
SOA with 2" springs up front (closer to stock height with the weight of the 350)
XJ springs (extra main leaf added) rear with a new rear crossmember and rear spring hangers.
Brand new (maybe 100' feet (yes feet) on them) 39.5x13.50 bias iroks on 16x10 wheels
comp cut rear
RCI fuel cell
custom sliders
dodge neon seats
warn front bumper
harbor freight (8000#) winch that works, just need to be wired up
what it need/needs done:
front driveshaft
shocks
steering box needs to be moved forward so pitman arm will clear hi-steer tie rod (factory tierod on it now), I have 1-ton tierod and draglink.
or just stretch front and run an astro box.
speedo doesn't work, i cut a wire somewhere and never looked into it.
fuel gauge needs to be hooked to fuel cell.
brakes need bleeding
so whats it worth???
