antenna bracket in Raleigh or Durham?

This is kind of a long shot.... but does anybody know where I might get an angled antenna mount in Raleigh?

What I'm looking for is basically just a piece of bent plate about 3x3" with a NMO-sized (3/4"???) hole in it for the antenna to through-mount. The other leg has some holes in it and bolts to the body or something.

I can make one... but I could save some time if there was a ham shop or something nearby that would have one on hand.
