So research has culminated into bottom bar is matched with axle centerline, while top bar is as close to horizontal with the ground as possible and the shackle 90 degrees from that one. (correct me if wrong)

Looking at burning all this in on Wed or Thurs. Looks like gunna have to move the rear shock mounts. Boo. Thought I had left enough room but barnes4wd kit is wider than i assumed. Gunna need to notch for the pumpkin spreader knob, and may have enough room if i drill a hole in a plate for lower shock bolt pull-through-removal.

Im down to making the cross member for the shackle to mount to. Best for me is to have the shackle be mounted so the lower is on the CM and the geo Upper is the horizontal bar of the kit.

I have 1.75 x 1/8 bar here to make the CM with, and I htink the way exhibited in the pictures is going to be the best way to do it (unless someone has a better idea?). Right now Im trying to figure out how to have the CM removable (like in the pictures), for easy tcase removal in the future. I dont know if nutserts will be the best idea? I can make the CM permanent if its okay to have it back that far. I only need about 8 inches to pull the tcase back to drop it.

I wont be able to incorporate into the skid for mounting options, as I have not acquired the skid plate yet

Posted some pictures of mine as well.
