I'm looking for a quote on a building. My bro and I are working on something and I'm wanting to see how much it might run us.

It is going to be a concrete slab CMU building, regular steel truss with a flat roof.

It'll have two parts - a 30x120 6-bay shop with 16' ceilings and a 40x35 office/lounge with 12' ceilings. Also will probably be a smaller building off of the back with bathrooms and storage, trying to figure if we want to do that or put the rooms in the 40x35 area.

I have a rendering of the building we want to build, too. I can get complete drawings, but for right now I just have a 3d model.

shoot me a pm. i can get you names and numbers of a couple local builders who have built buildings for us in the past. also, if you'd like to look at their work before you get in contact with them, you could drop by sometime and check out the buildings they have built for us. only about 30 mins east of raleigh outside of clayton
