My volunteer fire dept is buying 3 laptops, mostly putting reports in, making rosters, and run sheets etc, nothing real big. Our board approved us for $400 or less each. I found this that looks good. Toshiba

What do u guys recommend?
 
Other than Windows 10 it looks like a decent laptop for what you need. If you are familiar with 10 then go with it. You really have no other option for a new laptop on operating systems other than 10 unless you got Mac.
