Any garage door installers in the Raleigh area?

Figured I'd give it a shot, maybe help a fellow wheeler's business out.

I need a new garage door for my house. Mine is an old wood one that is literally about to fall off, I'm afraid it is going to come crashing down on my Trans Am one day.

Looking for a decent insulated door, simple panel one with no windows. 16x9ish size.

Anyone?
 
If I was closer I'd help you out. I can vouch for the quality of Amarr and Southern Ideal garage doors though. I've installed hundreds of them and never had an issue. If you're needing an new opener get a Liftmaster 3280 belt drive or if you don't care about noise get a 3255/3265 chain drive. Stay away from the screw drives, trust me. Hope this helps.
 
I think my garage door opener should be fine. I know one of my sensors is broken, but we haven't used the opener in about 3 years since the door started giving us issues.

I'll check into Amarr and Southern Ideal if no one on here can help us out.

we had 3 new garage doors put in at work last summer by Carolina Overhead Door. they did a good job and were in and out in no time. idk how much they cost but it couldnt have been higher than anyone else since my dad chose them :lol:
 
I had Quality Overhead Doors out of Fuquay Varina install mine since they had the cheapest quote. Came home and the thing was so out of level it wasn't funny. I called and dude in nice outfit came and looked and said he'd get it fixed. Came home next day and the base plate at the bottom was an inch off on one side. I called and same dude came out and next day the plate was scooted down but old drill holes showing in the bottom door panel where base plate was at all the way across. I called and dude said he'd have it fixed on the phone but they never came back out. I called a couple more times and never heard back. I used caulk and lived with it.
But then a buddy at work had one installed by them with no problems? But I think they suck... Heard good things about Carolina but pricey?
