I am in the process of swapping in a 5.7 TBI motor into my YJ for better or worse. The alternator is what I belive to be a CS130 style. It has the square (dog leg) hook up terminal. All the research says I should be using more that one of the terminals, however the plug on this one appears to be factory and only has one wire coming out of it? anyone have any info on this? do I just run the large wire to the battery and the lone wire out of the terminal to switched power lead? Here is a couple of pics. Thanks

Sorry bout the crappy pics..

Yea, run the big wire on the post to battery hot. The little wire in the connector is supposed to go to your alternator or battery warning light, then to ignition hot. If you don't use an alt light then I think you can hook it to ign hot directly. There is another pin on that connector that is supposed to be used with no warning light, but I've wired them up this way before with no problems.
