Any metal workers/rust repair?

my 01 XJ has a lot of rust on the lower rear quarter panels, that I discovered today when I removed the end caps for a cut and fold. Would rather have someone fix it for me instead of me just cutting it away. Anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks

If your doing a cut and fold and its behind the old bumper cap just cut it and paint it you cut a good bit off anyway

i wasnt going to cut and fold the quarter panel, i dont really trust my skill for that. thought about just cutting it off flush with the body line

I'm assuming you gonna get a cut and fold bumper. If so the side pieces cover the fold. But its easy to do. How bad is the rust
